Charming Cottage Within Walking Distance to Downtown Brevard & Brevard College.

The Appletree Cottage is a charming cottage located adjacent to Brevard College & within walking distance of scenic downtown Brevard, NC. The house boasts a spacious great room with a large screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for large groups, as well as a fully-outfitted kitchen & outdoor deck with grill. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and a TV and one with a daybed and trundle. One full bath w/ tub & shower is located on the main floor off of the main hallway. Another half bath is located in the bedroom that has the trundle bed. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one w/ a queen bed, and one w/ a full bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV. Additionally, the master bedroom (w/ the king bed) has a private full bath w/ a shower. Another full bath w/ shower is located in the upstairs hallway. A full-size washer & dryer are located in the basement.

Our cabins are provided with all linens and towels, a starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, firewood and propane for the grill.

Wonderful Family Time in Charming House

Great house and location
We have stayed in many short term rentals in Brevard over the years. This one was great! The biggest plus for us was the number of bedrooms and baths… It felt like everyone had their own little getaway within the house. It is also easily walkable to all of downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Brevard Rental
This is the 6th house we have rented in brevard through vrbo and by far our favorite. Perfect location convent to downtown. Home was very spacious perfect for family. Kitchen was small but very efficient for cooking. We will be back!

Bigger than it looks!
Had an awesome stay with 10 friends and family members. Beautiful house with large rooms. Nicely equipped and includes 5 off-street parking spots. Walking/biking distance to downtown Brevard and short drive to several mountain biking trails. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home in great location
We loved our stay at the Appletree cottage. Right across the street from Brevard College where we could walk our dog, within easy walking distance of the downtown and a 20 minute drive to our favourite mountain bike trails. We thought we would miss staying in Asheville but we really enjoyed our two week stay down here. The house was super clean and comfortable and we could store our bikes in the basement. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place for a Girls Trip!
The property was nicely renovated and very well accommodated a group of 9 women. Beds were super comfortable and baths were all very nice and seemed newly remodeled. The deck provided a great outdoor space for hanging out. The basement, with outside access, was perfect for storing our bikes. We loved that it was just a short walk to downtown Brevard. We loved this house and would stay again.

Such a Gem!
Seven fellow mountain bikers stayed here for several days of riding in and around Brevard. I heard so many positive comments from each of them on how pleased they were with this property. The beds were very comfy, the linens and sheets smelled good. The whole place was very clean and updated. The AC was cold, plenty of parking (we had six trucks parked comfortably).
