"The service was good, and everyone we spoke with at the property was very polite. Aside from that, I don’t have many good things to say. The room was dated, the basic rooms look nothing like the photos online, the bed was too soft and quite uncomfortable. WiFi worked intermittently. The hot tub was cold and sauna was very small. "Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer!
