"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 6 dans le logement a payer une location qui de base doit être réservé pour mon collègue et moi . "A great stay for 3 generations of our family in this historic house. We had good weather and loved the garden and pool, but also the convenience of the location. An easy walk to the nearby lake for swimming/kayaks etc. bakery is opposite and short drive to supermarket. Market up the road for food on a Thursday morning. House is spacious and stays cool even in hot weather. Might be worth knowing one bedroom is only accessible through another bedroom or the bathroom, but this wasn’t a problem for...

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end et tout s'est très bien passé. "The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable. Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable. But overall the experience was pleasant. This hotel is the "smaller" attached hotel to the sister property "Le Perier du Bignon", it is less fancy and you enter with a code at the door and drop the room key in a basket when you leave. I picked this hotel because i stayed at the sister property and could use a slightly less pricey accommodation. I chose this hotel because Laval can be complicated for parking in the center of the city. Will stay there again. "
