"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"From start to finish the owners communication was excellent and quick responses. They were very considerate with it being Christmas time and allowed us to enter the property earlier than the usual check in time. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. Being winter I put the heating on when I arrived and was easy to use and warmed the whole apartment up in no time. We’ll definitely use these again. Thank you!"

"Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. "Croft cottage was sympathetically renovated to a good standard. Some of the furniture was well used but in keeping. Amy put the heating on for us prior to arrival, and we used one of the log burners too, so it was much warmer than I anticipated from viewing the photos. The location was great too; it feels rural but is in walking distance (at least in one direction!) of Silsden, with all the usual amenities of a mid-size town. Two things stood out as odd, though: 1) The beds were not made up for...

"Our second stay and we love that all of the rooms have a different character and decor. The location is very quiet and peaceful. We had a corner room with views down the valley as well as overlooking a brook and wooded area. Just one reminder - take your own hot drinks supplies."

Lovely stay

"Lovely stay at the Crowne plaza Leeds. Patrice on reception is a real asset to the team she is so friendly and helped us with an issue we had with the heating. She checked on us the next morning to make sure it was all ok. She gave us a smile and a wave every time we came past she really made our stay. The breakfast was really excellent the best we have had in a while. The pool is really nice & we will be coming again. "

"Such a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Everything we could want was available and definitely worth the money. Only issue was we were on the 7th floor and so the room did get too warm to comfortably sleep in, even in January, however this is common in mosy hotels so wouldn't put is off at all. We will definitely be back!"

"We were only here for one night but we would definitely stay again. It was nice to be able to control the room temperature with a traditional radiator thermostat. The room was nice and warm when we arrived but at night we were able to cool it right down. Other hotels we’ve stayed at recently have been very cold. The staff went above and beyond to help us, the young gentleman on reception organised a taxi for us and was so polite and professional. The only problem was the shower didn’t seem to work quite right for shower pressure but maybe it was just our room. We look forward to staying again and hopefully will have more time to visit the spa etc. "
