CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people)
Bedroom 1 - King Bed, large mirrored wardrobe and split system
Bedroom 2 - 2 x King Single Beds, ceiling fan
All bedding and towels are included.
KITCHEN / DINING / LOUNGE
Enjoy wonderful open plan living/dining with a galley style kitchen. Quality appliances including Bosch oven, Beko dishwasher and Westinghouse refrigerator. Relax on the comfortable couches and watch a DVD on the television or gather around the dining table for a meal with family or friends. All crockery, cutlery and cooking items are provided for your convenience so just stock up at the local supermarket and cook up a feast.
Wifi is provided and access details are located in the compendium.
HEATING & COOLING
Enjoy the ambience and comfort of the slow combustion fire in the cooler months whilst the reverse cycle system can cool you down as the temperature heats up outside. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
BATHROOM
Shower and bath (with separate toilet). Quality toiletries are provided for your convenience.
OUTDOORS
The verandah overlooks a securely fenced yard for you and your pet to enjoy. The gas BBQ is plumbed into the mains so you won't run out of gas whilst cooking. The established trees offer privacy and a sense of tranquility with garden aspects from nearly every window.
PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. The yard is fully enclosed for their security. To allow Bright Holidays to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you pick up after your pets. Please note that at no time is your pet/s to be left unattended in the unit. Please arrange a 'sitter' for your pet if you plan on going out.
LAUNDRY
Top loading Fisher & Paykel washing machine and Simpson dryer. Please note that there is a communal washing line at the rear of unit 4 for all guests to use.
PARKING
Off street parking is available for one vehicle.
