Ideally positioned close to shops and supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, everything you’ll need and want is within walking distance. Bright Brewery, the waterslide, a huge playground, the splash park and the skate park are all within an easy 5-minute stroll. Take your pick of a stunning river walk, dive into the Ovens River or jump on your bike and take advantage of the plethora of local trails surrounding this gorgeous home.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

The immaculate open plan kitchen-dining makes this home the ultimate place to congregate with family and friends. The dining table seats 12 people comfortably.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
A large "L" shaped lounge with bean bags is great for families of all ages – a great place to gather by the large wall-mounted TV, chat by the fire or to chill out on your phone. The TV is already connected to Netflix, or you can tune in on your own devices using the high-speed WIFI.

OUTDOORS
With lush green surrounds and abundant outdoor space, this home is the supreme entertainer with its in-ground pool (available October-April) and fantastic undercover entertaining area, complete with gas BBQ and outdoor setting to enjoy the peaceful setting. A fully enclosed backyard is perfect for young kids (and pets) to roam free and enjoy the great outdoors.

Heating: Gas fire in the living room, panel heaters in bedrooms 1 and 2 and cassette heating/cooling located near the kitchen.

Comfortable and well equipped
A practical house which was perfect for our family group, comfortable beds, effective heaters and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery etc. Good quality dishwasher was much appreciated. Easy walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is lovely. Super spacious home. Well maintained indoors and outdoors. Well equipped with kitchen and cleaning essentials. Excellent location walking distance from town. I really would have liked to give 5 stars. The mattresses on all beds are awful. If this is important to you it will matter. If not the choice is excellent. The other list star was for lighting. More than half the light globes were out. I let this go bc I did not want maintenance coming whilst caring for my ill child. I still highly recommend but cannot give five stars with 2 major comforts disturbed.

We stayed for 3 nights with our families and the house set up was great. Open kitchen/dining and lounge area was perfect for our family. The heating was excellent and didn’t feel the cold at all. We were able to bring our small dogs and they loved the backyard space. The house was lovely and had all the amenities that we needed, it was just the small details that let it down a bit. The mattresses are not comfortable, the communal toilet didn’t have a lock which was not ideal for the amount of people in the house and the lock on the outside gate was broken which not safe as the dogs could have escaped. Communication with property manager was excellent & key pick up was made very easy. Everything was nice & clean. Location is amazing! Just a short walk to town. Overall it’s a good place to stay with families and I would stay here again if the mattresses were more comfortable.

I was very disappointed with how clean the house was when we arrived. I was on the understanding that it had been COVID sanitised, but, the fridge was dirty, the pantry shelves had to be wiped down which showed dirt and dust, the kitchen floor had food spots on it, most of the knives and bowls had dried an food, I think this was due to the ridiculously large dinner plates that stop the dishwasher from working properly, the Ben h had to be wiped down before use. The main bedroom was very dusty including the bed head, the small bin in the en-suite was broken, dirty and rusty, the shower caddies were dirty and rusty, the towel rail was off the wall. It would not take much to upgrade these things. I would hope that you would inspect these properties after they had been cleaned, if not I would recommend it.

Great Family Place
Attending a family wedding in Bright we were struggling to find a a house to cater for 11 people and a couple of four legged friends. Came across this gem that met all the criteria and the bonus of having a pool and great outdoor dining area. The owner was fantastic to deal with considering we had a couple of requests that they accommodated with straight away. The house is so close to town , just a short stroll to great venues. Can't recommend enough.
