The accommodation is basic and a bit aged, but the location makes up for it. This makes it an incredible value for money. The unit was clean and spacious and super close to everything, but very quiet and secluded. All basic amenities are provided. The glassware was a bit lacking. We’ve stayed there a couple of times before this stay and will do again.

The property is old, but has everything you need for a great stay. We cooked dinner one night and went out to Tomahawk Restaurant the other (awesome food!) Great location beside the river and right next to town.

Great location on river

Location right on river and close to shops and restaurants was amazing. Under cover parking, bbq area and all the tables and chairs out in the large garden good as well. It's quite ok that these units are a bit dated but the carpets needed not only vacuuming but also a good clean. Bedside tables and bedhead had not been dusted for quite a while.

Location was fantastic right on river in centre of town. Near shops . cinema etc. Yet felt like you were in a secluded spot. Lovely. quiet and private. Very reasonable price and apartments were big, roomy and beds very clean. Buildings themselves a little old and dusty but not that bad. Would highly recommend..

An older property but clean and tidy. The steps leading upstairs to apartment are rather steep and narrow so extra care is needed traversing up and down. There is a safety gate at the top but doesn’t latch. Bed comfortable but traffic noise problematic

Hospitality standards were down

We reached on 14th may around 3 pm. We have made special request upon booking too to keep extra sachets/pouches of coffee and sugar . Unfortunately there were only 4 coffee and sugar sachets (tiny ) . Next day we requested again if Greg ( property taker) can provide more of those as we were 4 adults. Greg initially said he is not here to feed us but will provide some. However ne never came for those and early morning we went to supermarket to get our own small sugar and coffee. We visited this place few times in 7 to 8years and never had this hospitality. Don't know inflation made property manager so miser. However rest of the things were good in property and we left the property in really excellent condition with photos taken while leaving too. Thku
