The Pavilion Gatehouse has recently been redecorated throughout with luxury and home comforts in mind.

Boasting the best location in the city, our property is located opposite the historic Royal Pavilion, and within easy walking distance of Brighton beach. the pier, as well as the North Laines and its quirky shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. The Pavilion Gatehouse's stellar location makes it the perfect home for large groups looking to experience everything Brighton has to offer.

You'll have access to a well-equipped kitchen for all your self-catering needs, and a huge dining table able to seat up to 32 guests. If you don't feel like cooking yourselves, we can arrange a private chef to cook for all your guests - just ask for more details.

There are 8 bathrooms located throughout the property.

Please be aware that the Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse is a townhouse that spans over four floors with steps. If you have any accessibility needs in your group, please let us know and we can speak in more detail about any requirements.

The bedrooms throughout the house follow the bright and fresh concepts, each room being light with large windows offering fabulous views of Brighton, the Brighton Dome and Royal Pavilion. Please ask for us for bedroom configurations, we're happy to provide this.
