Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located family and pet friendly recently refurbished 3-bedroom 2.5 bathrooms cottage in pedestrian only walk through 5-10 minutes walk to the lanes or the pier/beach and is a 20 second walk to the lively St James Street where there are coffee shops, bars and some very good restaurants.
Accommodation description:
Each bedroom comes with luxury pure cotton white linen & blackout blinds for a peaceful night sleep, each guest will be also provided with a pure cotton white towels.
There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 comfortably.
Master Bedroom with a queen size bed including an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (1st floor front) has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 (1st floor rear) has 1x bunk beds.
Bathrooms:
Luxury and classical En-suite (Master bedroom) bathroom with a cast-iron free-standing bath, marble shelf with a washbowl on it ,w/c, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
On the 1st floor there is a luxury industrial style shower room with large shower, basin & W/C, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
On the ground floor a quirky small ground floor WC.

Kitchen and dining area:
A beautifully presented shaker style kitchen with solid oak worktops, Smeg fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, a combination oven & microwave, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is also fully equipped with cutlery, glassware and crockery. There is an extendable solid oak Ercol table can provide space for up to 8 people.
Patio:
The welcoming and spacious ground floor open plan leads through the kitchen and crittal double door to a herringbone paved sunny private walled garden with chairs and table.
Living Room:
This cosy and comfortable living room has retro style leather 3-seater sofa and armchair.
Fire Safety
The house meets the requirement of a fire risk assessment, and includes smoke and fire detectors, fire doors ( panelled to fit in with the period features), fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid.

Gorgeous cottage !
We surprised my friend with a weekend stay here for her hen do. Marlena was so accommodating, the cottage was absolutely stunning so many lovely details, very clean & it was in an amazing location, easy to walk to places from there. Would definitely recommend !!
