"My wife is gluten free, so finds it hard to get suitable food, but they made every effort to make sure there was gluten free food for her. Staff were very pleasant."
"Love the inn is so close to the river, very lovely view and walk along it. Excellent food served at the inn and all the staff were very friendly during our stay. The door to our room was a bit stiff and hard to get into, and the bathroom ceiling was a bit mouldy, but other than that the stay was so wonderful and we would definitely come back again."

"Beautiful setting and hotel - enjoyed our second stay here, this time with some of our family. Lovely big room and fab breakfast.
Great position for the quaint town with lots of bars and restaurants as well as for walking in the hills."
"We had a beautiful stay the night before a family reunion the next day, during which we enjoyed a delicious meal and were accommodated perfectly. Gratitude to the staff who seated us at a large round table which was perfect for us to exchange our many memories and celebrate our grandparents who celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary there back in 1973 and the bride and groom who held their reception there in 1971! We were even escorted to the original steps where all the group pictures were taken all those years ago! Thank you!"
"We had a great time here. I messaged the hotel about my wife struggling to use stairs and they gave us a disabled room with a wetroom. I also mentioned that my lovely wife was coeliac and we found a gf menu waiting for us in our room.
All the staff looked after us well and understood my wife's aĺlergic reaction to gluten. "
"Had a lovely weekend stay at The Feathers. Food in the Restaurant is definitely a recommendation. We ate lunch on the Saturday and Sunday lunch. Staff were attentive and resolved any issues. "
"Stayed for the night as a stopover on our way home from Cornwall, couldn’t fault it, beautiful surroundings, lovely hotel, great service, comfy beds and amazing breakfast 😀 oh and the dogs dinner was given a 5* rating by the dog 😂"
Worcester Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf, BW Premier Collection
10/10 Excellent
"We were made very welcome at the spa by a lovely member of staff named Sarah, we really couldn't have asked for better service from her. Worth a commendation. "
"Lovely room, well situated in a vibrant area, decent shower, tea/coffee in the room. We were in room 15 overlooking the garden of the cocktail bar downstairs, with the window close we could not hear any noise, the soundproofing was great. A lot of effort has gone into the rooms if they are all this good. There is a lighting problem in the communal area as you come down the stairs but we have torches on our phones so it wasn't an issue. We'd happily stay here again."
The Tudor House Hotel, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
10/10 Excellent
"We were visiting to attend a party and as we had plenty of notice decided to splash out on the best room.
It was huge - I could hardly see my wife on the other side! We loved the 4 poster bed (also huge) and the classy period furnture.
The bathroom was well apointed and everything worked well. The automatic lightsvareva good idea, and my wife enjoyed the bath.
The only minor issue wss with yhe windows which are secondary glazed for the winter, but some of the glazing was broken, which made the room quite hot in the summer. However, if we go back to Tewkesbury again, I suspect that we'll have to book this room again.
Breakfast was good with top quality local produce."
