Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Electronic check in with no communication in advance. No baby cots. Dirty, leaking shower and bathroom. Air conditioning not working correctly. Very noisy. Despite being branded as an airport hotel, no luggage storage. Very dated.

We were disappointed that everything about the property had to be done online. There is no elevator and the room assigned to us was on the 3rd level. As we had tow large suitcases we would not have been able to get them up the stairs. Fortunately we were able to call and were moved to a ground floor room. Ian Hyde

Nobody at reception. If you cannot access wifi(you need a guest password) you cannot get the code to get in. There is nobody to help. I spoke with cleaning staff who did help me. The second day they sent the wrong access code. Would not stay there again.

The room itself was ok. However there is nobody at reception. They send you a code to enter on a keypad. But for someone with a foreign cell phone, you cannot get internet without a password, so you cannot get the code. I found cleaning staff who helped me and gave me the guest password. The property is close to the airport and on a main road but has no sound proofing. Double doors leading out to balcony latch shut but offer little security as they don't have locks. The room was under equipped with only a jug, not toaster or microwave oven and just one chair fot 2 guests.

The property had the worlds smallest bathroom, smaller than a caravan ensuite. Only three powerpoints. The fridge froze everything solid. The air con kept switching to heat. There was no lock in the balcony door and no security screens. So way over priced for and bedhead broken.
