1. No Parties & Large Gatherings! We are in a young neighbourhood where most of the residents around are young families with kids! We would like our guests to be respectful!

2. No smoking inside our house!

3. Pets are welcomed however please select the correct number of pets when you are making the booking as a 150/pet fee will be automatically applied.

Our home is in a brand new master planned community and there are ongoing building projects not direct next to our home but in nearby streets. Most projects commence early in weekdays and finish around 3pm.
