Hawthorne On The Park

All yours. One of two appartments in the block. Private and pet friendly, on Hawthorne park with cinemas, restaurants, coffee shops, public transport & more at your door. Oxford St is only two min drive away. Close to city about $14 in an Uber/taxi or $7 on the ferry. 15 mins from Brisbane AirPort and 8 mins from Brisbane CBD. Ideal for those who want to be close to attractions yet want a quiet getaway. Enter along the side path of the building to your new oasis and type in the pin code.

Pets Welcome. A great big yard for them to play in. All yours and not a shared space. We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, milk, tea and coffee for all our guests. Renovated, Air Conditioning in Bedrooms, polished concrete floors, amazing Italian marble bathroom and pods coffee machine. Basketball court straight out the back gate. Free Netflix, Google chrome & wifi available.

Free street parking, wifi, kitchenette, bathroom, whole level is private, self contained and quiet. Air conditioned, super comfortable beds. Great central location. Restaurants, cinemas and bars 3 mins walk away.

Check in time is at 2pm, and check out is no later than 10am. Unless prior arrangement has been made

•Whilst we do a professional clean between each guests stay, we kindly ask that prior to your check out, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. Also empty rubbish bins and place in the garbage in the wheelie bins directly out the front of the property. Please also dispose of any food/condiments in the fridge.

•We understand that accidents happen but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them effortlessly as possible which also means a better chance of you getting your full security deposit returned.

•Being a family home we have a “No Smoking” policy inside, smoking is permitted outside only. Please ensure balcony doors are fully closed and no smoke enters inside.

•Please keep noise down after 8pm. Strictly “NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS” Please be respectful of our neighbours. Our balconies are a great place to relax, but voices carry. Especially late at night.

I'm just a phone call away if you need anything. Will meet you if you like when you arrive and leave or can just give you the code for the key at the door.

Hawthorne and Bulimba are the best places to live in Australia. I have lived in every state and love it here. Best restaurants, bars and cinemas. So close to transport, city cat, busses and trains. Can't go wrong with this little beauty.

Bus, city cat/ferry and train all 5 to 20 minutes walk away. Ask us for a free Ola, DiDi or Uber voucher.

Uber/Ola/DiDi come to this area and so do many food delivery services such as Uber Eats & Deliveroo
Please no animals inside.

Check in time is at 2pm, and check out is no later than 10am.

•Parking is available directly out the front of the house, parking is free.

-This is one building with two seperate appartments. You have the second apartment downstairs. Completely private. Nothing is shared.
