The Space:
Silveroak Lodge Tiny House by Tiny Away is located in the rural neighbourhoods of South MacLean, just hour's drive from the spectacular Gold Coast beaches. A private space surrounded by a natural bush setting bordering the creek that runs through our property. It is a beautiful and quiet retreat with abundant bird life and attractions including Jimboomba Tavern, Mt Tambourine, and towns like Canungra and Brisbane.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.
If you plan to spend your farm stay QLD getaways here we advice that you bring your own basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with you thank you.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.
Guests also have access to the front half of the property. We ask guests to dread carefully as there are electric fences bordering every horse paddock. We also have pre-orders listed below and by prior arrangement with the host 24 hrs in advance.

- Brisbane is 45 mins away from beautiful beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, and outdoor activities.
- Jimboomba Tavern serves pub meals and char grills in a relaxing, roomy setting with a courtyard and a kids' playroom.
- Springfield Orion Shopping Center is only 13 km away, providing easy access to restaurants, stores, and outdoor entertainment.
- Canungra is a delightful little town 32 km away, ideal for wandering around interesting little shops and eating at a local bar or any other lovely eateries.
- Mt Tambourine is the ideal day trip, with great bushwalking, rock pools, and cascading waterfalls; nearby - Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk and Curtis Falls Cafe for delicious breakfasts and lunches.
If you want to explore more of the Gold Coast it is just an hour away where you have access to beautiful white sandy beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, and several theme parks for you to enjoy.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking on the property
- No wifi and no mobile network signal
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
- Please avoid making loud noises as our horses can easily be startled
- Please do not enter the horse paddocks without the land host's permission
- We have horses on the property that loved to be fed with carrots or apples with prior permission from the land host
- You can also bring your horse along; we have stables available for an extra cost and a large round yard for riding, as well as trails in the area
- If you are interested in interacting with our horses or miniature horses Elsa and Belle you may contact the land host 24 hours in advance.

- We ask guests to dread carefully as there are electric fences bordering every horse paddock; guests with children must keep them under close adult supervision. For your safety, we ask guests to follow this safety guideline.
Important note
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay. It is advisable for guests to bring their own insect repellent during their stay.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
