"Absolute"is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the oceanside of Tramican Street. You'll live on the awesome deck in the trees with views to Moreton. There is also a small north facing deck ideally located to get away from the kids or to read in peace.

The upstairs is the large open plan living area and 2 bedrooms and downstairs 'kids retreat' with lounge, deck & small dining table. Both lounges have a TV with Foxtel & DVD player,

Features: 3 x Queen bedrooms (master with ensuite) and 2 x single beds and trundle, 3 Bathrooms, 1 bath tub, 3 toilets. kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & gas cooktop, 2 lounges both with TV, DVD player. ceiling fans upstairs, Fully screened, 2 upstairs decks, the main with lounge suite, outdoor setting, small bar fridge and gas BBQ. top load washing machine, dryer, carport & additional off road parking for another vehicle.

Linen supplied and beds made for your arrival.

A great escape

great spot for a holiday
we were initially very perturbed by the proximity of the other house on the block, esp as it's on the ocean view side! However, the view from the deck upstairs at Absolute is unimpeded and is just lovely. There was no-one staying at the house next door and we had a really peaceful, enjoyable stay. The house is well-equipped, comfy and in a great spot. We would definitely consider it again for a winter stay.

Fabulous gathering location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. The house was comfortable and had various areas to relax, either together or away for some quiet time. The name, "Absolute" suits well, as it has Absolutely everything!

Reviewer Comments: This house, "Absolute", is immaculate, as even my 15-year-old son, reiterated to me, several times, how comfortable the beds are, and the furnishings are beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as we have a yearly holiday on Straddie, and we have stayed at many different holiday homes over the years since my son was a baby and this is the first time, we have stayed at this lovely holiday home, and we will definitely stay again at this holiday home. Good location, not clean
Good location and layout. The property wasn’t clean (dusty, extremely dirty windows and rangehood). There was no amenities - no soap in showers, no toilet paper, no hair dryer - very bare. If you are staying you need to bring all essentials and your own cleaning products. Property needs a thorough spring clean - not just basic level clean.

The Tramican st property was lovely with the exception of there being no dog fencing so impossible to keep dogs outside especially during storms and the property access is difficult due to a shared driveway

Good house for a family stay.
Large and functional house up the hill on Straddie. Very short drive to beaches. Nice verandah for evening relax and breakfast. Lovely clean comfortable beds, with three bathrooms. Good dining area in centre of house. A good downstairs area should you wish to have some quiet time. A couple of things lacking in the kitchen eg some containers and perhaps cooking dishes but overall well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Neat and tidy. We were surprised by the size and space.
Love the property and would stay again. The house was tidy. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were fresh and in great condition. The only problem we had was that we were yelled at by a neighbour at 11.45pm. We probably were a bit loud with our singing.

Good house but a few issues
Good house with lots of space, fair view, 2 TV rooms and foxtel, however it is a bit dated and not spotless. You need to get in car to go to the beach and/or shops. The real issue is that they are starting to build next door which would mean that there would be little peace and quiet and they can see right in to the bathrooms/ toilet! I recommend to check first on status of build next door before booking.

Nice quiet spot
The house was very roomy, great for 2 families. Upstairs and downstairs shower, toilets, lounge room. Good size bedrooms. Excellent view from the deck. Only 1 small issue is the house wasn't clean before we arrived. Had to spend a couple of hours vacuuming and dusting before we could settle in. Other than that, great house.

Really lovely house with very comfortable facilities. Very neat and tidy. Child and dog friendly too which is great! Lots of space for everyone across two levels. Gorgeous views from top level. Really enjoyed our time here and will be back next year! Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us.

Clean and comfortable
Lovely house, lots of space upstairs and downstairs. The paint work inside is looking a little old, but the overall cleanliness and comfort of this property was excellent. Comfy and clean lounges and bedding. We were very happy with the quiet location. Views of the ocean was a bonus, as was the Foxtel subscription. The very close proximity of another rental property at the back of this one was a concern but fortunately the renters there were quiet and the only issue was the shared driveway/parking which is a bit awkward. Overall it is a good property, reasonably priced.
