Staff were great! They let us check in early, room was clean and lovely, room service was great and it's an easy walk to southbank. Only areas for improvement are the hot water didnt work in the morning and the reception phone wasn't answered when we tried calling to ask about parking. Otherwise great and I'd stay there again

Beautiful quiet hotel with great amenities. The cafe/restaurant there not so much. Both had pasta dishes that were tasteless, meatballs were like squash balls, sauce was like watered down ketchup. To top it off the next day I had an upset stomach to spoil my day.

Loved that it’s a super quick walk from the train station and Southbank Parklands. Lots of entertainment nearby with river tour pick ups, dining and things to do with children. The convenience of being steps away from the riverbank, walking bridges and Griffith Uni is just lovely. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel, we liked it so much that we booked ourselves in twice.

Super easy and quick to book, reception staff friendly and helpful, easy to park, comfortable room. Would have been interesting to know how to turn off the ceiling fan at the pool as it was a bit breezy in there. Otherwise a pretty perfect stay.
