Very polite, friendly staff. Room was spotlessly clean, great location, stayed 1 nite for concert at Suncorp 1 block walk to catch the free shuttle bus to stadium. Will definitely stay here again ❤️
We had an amazing stay celebrating our anniversary. We even got an upgrade and a welcome gift with a handwritten card. Excellent service from friendly staff. Superb breakfast buffet and great location in the CBD. Thank you!
awesome breakfast and gym. great cleanliness in rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Car Park can be a little tricky. Outside the hotel has a funny smell. Inside is all good.
Very friendly staff. Great location. Room lacked love - mould in grout in shower. Stains not appealing on armchair. Bed comfortable. Parking - easy but very low height (might need a warning) and no direct access to hotel. Breakfast buffet lacking - cold; overpriced. Would be great if you promoted your happy hour on check in and gained some momentum in guests feeling this is a fun way to start your stay - could really gain hotel customers here with the right advertising and staff.
A beautiful, well-kept hotel with stunning rooms. Was comfortable, stylish, and good price for being so close to the river and public transport. Unassuming from the outside but gorgeous inside, with great facilities. Breakfast was incredible, and well-priced for two peopke.
The staff were great. Jo on the front desk was super helpful and Trevor gave us plenty of recommendations in the area which made our 2 days so enjoyable! Bed was comfy, room was lovely and the river view was stunning
