This is a stylish open concept loft, featuring exposed brick walls, beautiful hard wood floors & private deck. Our loft is located on the State Line dividing Virginia & Tennessee. This loft is smartly appointed, just bring a change of clothes & explore our vibrant, walk-able Downtown. Come let us pamper you! Its Bristol Baby!

We historically restored this Betty Gay Department store building and you will love the cool vibe and ambiance! Its a great place to relax & unwind after a busy day of exploring Bristol and the surrounding area!

You will have the entire loft to yourself and have your own private entrance. The loft entrance is up the back steps. You will have your own private deck.

Other things to note

Must be able to climb stairs. Our loft is located on the 2nd floor. Only 26 steps to the 2nd floor Urban Lifestyle Loft!

The loft must be rented for at least 3-night stays for both NASCAR Bristol races and the Rhythm & Roots Music Festival.
