"Good hotel if you want to see Mont Saint Michele, bus goes regularly from just across the road, takes about 5 minutes. Ample parking outside the hotel. Overall the Hotel was very good, nothing fancy but clean, staff are nice, breakfast was good too. Would recommend."

"What a wonderful, peaceful spot. Ideal for exploring local sights but lovely to sit in the garden or the house (or the hot tub) relaxing. It’s all beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful, checking in as we passed but never bothering us. Fresh herbs and veg were lovely too. All in all a perfect stay."

"Our family of 17 people across three generations descended on the property for the first week of July 2025. The space suited us perfectly. There are enough washrooms to keep everybody happy. All in beautiful shape and clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of play space for the kids - inside and out. We had the use of two kitchens and dining areas. Very handy for our dinners.Great location for access to St-Malo, Cancale, Fougeres, Mont-St-Michel. Bayeux and the Normandy beaches are about an hour away. And the property location provides privacy. But note, the property is in a valley which means you can’t easily walk or bike into St James for your morning pastries. Less than a 5-minute drive though."
