Welcome to Bradstow Villa, a charming 4-bedroom detached home bursting with personality! This delightful property seamlessly blends typical arts & craft architecture with modern comforts, offering a unique retreat for families or groups just moments from the restaurants, pubs, and beaches of beautiful Broadstairs.
Two bi-fold doors open onto the huge tranquil garden with enchanting fish ponds, and two off-street parking spaces with EV charging - all only 2 minutes walk to the sea!

The heart of the home lies in the bright modern open-plan living space, combining a state-of-the-art kitchen with a generous dining area and a cosy lounge with wood burner. A second wood burner is the focal point of the traditional lounge filled with antique furniture and original paintings. There is a family bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor with a utility room off the dining room with a washer and dryer.
On the first floor there are 3 generous, beautifully appointed, double bedrooms with a further children's bedroom with bunk beds and a cot. There is a jack and Jill shower room off the master bedroom, also accessible from the hallway.
Bradstow Villa is more than just a place to stay; it's bursting with personality and charm. Each corner tells a story, and we invite you to make your own memories within its walls.

Guests will have full exclusive access to the entire property, excluding the ground floor office, linen store on the 1st floor landing and the loft space.

The Garden features two wonderful fish ponds with an abundance of wildlife including Koi Carp. The rear pond is surrounded by plants and a low level fence, however we ask that children are supervised at all times as the water is deep.
