Ground Floor Maisonette in Broadstairs, in great location

We would like to reassure our holiday makers , we are following Covid 19 cleaning guidance .Our cleaners wear PPE and the maisonette is left 6 hours between hand overs , there are certain guideline protocols in place we ask holiday makers to follow . We ask for negative lateral flow test (nhs) prior to your holiday .

Our lovely holiday home is a 4 minute walk to Viking Bay and less to the sea front and beautiful beaches of Broadstairs. It is a beautifully modernised ground floor Maisonette has all modern amenities in a quiet location. We have renovated recently and provide a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom has electric shower over the bath. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished with a king size bed and 2 twin beds and a TV in the main bedroom. The lounge offers a 37 inch flat screen TV, sky TV and WiFi. We are uniquely placed to be able to offer Car parking for 2 cars. Our South facing court yard garden offers tranquility after a day on the beach or sight seeing. We have ratten furniture and a parasol for your use.
Prices include a bed linen, towels, wifi and Sky Tv. Tea and coffee.

Guests return year after year. Travel cot and high chair are available.

Broadstairs offers a range of shopping, restaurants , multi screen cinema near by or a very unique quaint original cinema on Broadstairs sea front. There is mini golf, amusement arcade and the famous Morrelis ice cream parlour within a short stroll from our holiday home

Lovely comfortable flat in great location
This was our 2nd stay at this lovely comfortable flat, only a few minutes from the sea and a short walk into town. Very easy check in, immaculately clean and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent time in Broadstairs, the flat was first class everything you could possibly require was provided. The brilliant weather enabled us to enjoy the patio area eating regularly outside. In conclusion would definitely recommend that any family wishing to holiday in the area seriously consider this apartment.

Lovely comfortable apartment, good location
Check in was easy and a lovely clean and comfortable apartment. The master bedroom has a really comfortable bed and the twin room comfortable too, with plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Only about 10 minutes walk to the sea front and town centre, which has good bars and restaurants. Recommended are Kebbels Seafood restaurant where we spent a fabulous New Year's Eve and the Royston Micro Pub.

Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful stay, place was very clean and spacious. In the property there was anything you need for a comfortable stay. Great to have parking so close to the beach and shops. Would highly recommend would definitely stay again. Just one thing which would be brilliant to have is a full size mirror 🤣 as couldn't see what we looked like. Lovely Getaway
We had a fantastic short break in this holiday home. The accommodation was spacious and clean and perfectly located just a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Broadstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped for self-catering, and the bedrooms were large with really comfy beds. We even made use of the lovely little garden, as the weather was good during our stay. Off-street parking was a bonus for the property, and it was also very quiet. Broadstairs is a great location to explore the area, with great walks locally, and nice places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this holiday home and will definitely return for another visit.

Sisters on holiday!
My mum and her sister (both over 80) had a lovely holiday last week. They found the accommodation comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard. There was some problems with the heating, but Karen and her husband dealt with it as quickly as was possible. The sisters would recommend and love to return. Thankyou

Karen is the owner of a beautiful flat. It is light and airy; beautifully decorated and furnished; well equipped kitchen and a lovely patio for early evening drinks. Perfect location for the beach and a short stroll into the town. Could not have wished for better. Could live there permanently myself!
