Situated on a 2 acre lot in Kaniatobe Trails South, Caddy Shack is walking distance to The Blue Rooster, Grateful Head Pizza & Tap Room, Girls Gone Wine and Beavers Bend Brewery. Vojai's Winery, and We Coffee a Little and Fudge a Lot are also very close by. Broken Bow lake is an easy 3 mile drive to Beavers Bend Marina. Because you have chosen Caddy Shack as your vacation cabin in Beavers Bend, you will certainly want to get in a round of golf at Cedar Creek Golf Course with rolling fairways and beautiful lake views.

Caddy Shack was built in 2014 and includes accommodations for 24 guests. With 6 king bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, you and your family and friends will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this rustic retreat. One of the two downstairs king bedrooms is Handicapped friendly with only a small lip to enter the custom tile shower with grab bars. The cabin also has a ramp making it easy for wheel chairs to access the front door. The other downstairs king bedroom and 4 more king bedrooms upstairs each feature full baths. All bedrooms are equipped with a television and DirecTV programming.

Additional sleeping accommodations include a set of Queen bunks for 4 guests in the loft area. There are also 3 queen airbeds, a queen sofa sleeper and a twin sleeper sofa for another 7 guests in the game room.

The game room includes a pool table for a friendly billiard competition, full size beverage cooler making it easy to refresh your drinks without leaving the actions, pub table perfect for cards or dominoes and a seating area around a large flat screen perfect for watching movies. There is a sofa, love seat and recliner so everyone can enjoy the fun. The game room also has a full bath. There is also a shuffleboard table and a retro video arcade cocktail table with over 60 vintage games like Mrs. Pacman, Galaga, Frogger and more!

The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops is fully furnished with all the cookware, flatware, utensils and cutlery you will need to prepare a feast for your entourage. Full size appliances, 2 Keurigs a regular coffee pot and a black farmhouse sink complete the kitchen. The massive dining table combined with additional seating at the island bar, pub table and side table easily accommodates 24 guests for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Caddy Shack has a spacious open floor plan combining the living room, kitchen & dining room with extremely vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows on either side of the ultra convenient gas fireplace. Just flip the switch and lounge on the leather sofas as you are mesmerized by the flames of the 2-story stacked rock gas fireplace.

Parking space includes an easy circular front driveway. You can sit outside, facing any direction, on the covered wrap-around porches, while watching the deer stroll by. Caddy Shack features corn hole, hot tub, campfire pit, gas grill and horseshoe pits.

You will love sinking into the hot tub for more bubbly fun. Don't forget the s'mores! The campfire pit and a circle of arm chairs are out under the 80-foot pines. Enjoy cooking on the outdoor gas grill, seating for outdoor dining and sitting around the outdoor gas log fireplace on the covered back deck.

If you would like to do laundry before going home, there are 3 sets of full-sized washers and dryers for your convenience.
