The grill station invites you to enjoy a delicious cookout. With plenty of parking and scenic surroundings, Splash Time makes it easy to kick back, unwind, and soak in the beauty of nature.

Conveniently located on the north side of Hochatown, Splash Time puts you just minutes from Broken Bow’s top attractions. Spend your days exploring Beavers Bend State Park, fishing or boating on Broken Bow Lake, or indulging in local wineries, breweries, and dining spots. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this charming retreat is the ideal spot for an unforgettable escape!

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow 2 dogs with a non-refundable deposit.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
