"We stayed at the hotel as we had an early morning flight from Birmingham Airport. It was ideal, a 10 minute drive away. The room was lovely comfy bed and pillows, quality products in the immaculate bathroom. As it was pouring down we ate in the sports bar, nice meal. Can't fault the stay for a reasonable price."

"The hotel is right next to the airport, which made it super convenient since we had an early flight the next day. The place was super clean. The staff were super nice. It had free parking and was gated, which I felt safe. I would have given a 5-star rating for Property condition, except the USB ports next to the bed were not working. The next morning, we let the staff know and they were very apologetic and asked how they can make it up. We just told them not to worry about it. Since we were there just one night and with an early fight out, we didn't check out the rest of the amenities, but it is supposed to be a leisure hotel. Too bad we didn't have the chance to find out. Would definitely recommend staying there."

"Friendly staff, very clean, modern but warm design aesthetics, and great room amenities. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure and immediate hot water. Really appreciated having an in-room washer and dryer with laundry pods provided. The only negative was we missed the morning room cleaning time for the first two days because of jet lag and the need to sleep in, and had to ask on the third evening about replenishing room essentials and trash despite sending a text and asking the front desk about it earlier that morning. But when they came they were friendly and asked if anything else was needed."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was kept spotless, we saw staff cleaning the inside of the lift. The room was a little hot, and we had trouble cooling it down. "
