"This apartment was a great stay. We wanted to be close to some friends that live in Long Island. The space was perfect for my 9 month old, my husband and myself. In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. Communication with her was so easy and although it was a brief inconvenience, having a super attentive host made a huge difference. She fixed the issue herself!!! The rest of the stay was exceptional. We were so grateful and the little hiccup in our stay didn’t sully our experience because of Tammy’s quick action. "

"My friend and I just wanted a nice place to have a quiet girl’s weekend to relax and celebrate her 60th birthday and Chic Beach House was not just a good fit; it was the PERFECT choice! It is a beautiful house in the perfect spot. We arrived to a spotless home with a bottle of local wine waiting for us - which we promptly opened and enjoyed as we took in the lovely view of the Sound from the back porch! When it rained all day the second day, we were able to sit by the picture windows and watch the water get rougher and rougher, all from the safety of the dining room table as we played games. The house is so comfortable, from the living room couches with the electric fireplace giving warmth and light, to the beds in the bright, airy rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to make any kind of meal - though we limited ours to breakfast and lunch since there are also many options for dinner nearby! We got yummy takeout from Phil’s 5 minutes away and met some of my friend’s family for a delicious birthday dinner at Ruggero’s 10 minutes away the next night. Then we topped the weekend off with an OUTSTANDING dinner at La Plage (walking distance from the house) followed by a stunning sunset from the back porch of the house, and then a beautiful show of stars (and lights from Connecticut across the Sound). It was a truly wonderful weekend!"

"We booked this as a last-minute getaway, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is sun-drenched, across the street from the beach with a great set-up for a couple or small family. The place has comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and top-quality linens and bath essentials. The decor was great, and there were lots of books, magazines, and games readily available for use. The back of the house faces a large saltmarsh and is great for spotting wildlife or watching sunsets. We sensed a bit of a strong smell from the watery surroundings when we first arrived, but it wasn't really noticeable after a while. The great location with private parking in walking distance to the beach is a big plus!"
