"We have family in the north suburbs of Minneapolis, so this was a good location for us. We appreciated the large space and used all four bedrooms. Overall, it served us well. The various remodelings, however, are obviously DIY projects and not well done. The bathroom counter was not solidly attached to the wall, and we were nervous about even leaning on it. A curtain rod pulled out while we were there—the bracket was screwed directly into the drywall without any kind of anchor. Etc., etc....

"This is a great 1 bedroom house to stay long term. It is very well taken care of. If there is an issue with anything the owners handle it right away. The only annoyance was traffic noise during the day, but night time is very quiet. The kitchen is large with nice ss appliances, the bed is comfy, the TV is large and perfect for binge watching your favorite shows. Good neighborhood too."

The two car garage easily fit our teardrop trailer and car, but there is no safe on-street parking on the busy road on the driveway side. Brian was usually responsive to inquiries and was immediately willing to install stair treads when we had a couple of falls on slippery stairs.
