"Location was fantastic! Easy walk to race course, can watch warm ups across the street. Bed was pretty comfortable. Rooms are very small, which is disclosed in listing. Restaurant across the street has good food and live entertainment in their outdoor tent which would not be good for people who want to go to bed early, stops at 11:00 PM. A/C is quite noisy so did wake us up a lot. Did enjoy the horses coming up the street from stables early morning."

"Our host, Tom, was extremely responsive to questions as our trip approached and then for the couple of questions we had once there. The house was clean and modern and comfortable and located close to the center of town. If we find ourselves back in the area we will for sure book here again!"
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Pool and weight room was state of the art. King room was a very decent size and the bed was hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Highly recommend!! "

"Adorable house in a safe established older neighborhood. Many of the homes still have the Victorian trim and architecture from a bygone era. Walking distance to downtown Ballard Spa. Town offers excellent spots for breakfast. Impeccably clean. Quiet. Great partially fenced back yard. Host welcomed us with fresh flowers. Only a few miles from SPAC; perfect to get to/from for our concert."

"We had an amazing stay at John’s home! Everything from booking to check-out was seamless. We were a group of four friends in town for Saratoga weekend, and this spot was perfect - just a quick, easy Uber to the track, but tucked away enough to relax and unwind after a day out.John was an exceptional host, super communicative, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations that made our stay even better. The house itself was spotless, modern, and clearly very well cared for. We especially loved grabbing breakfast in Ballston Spa on our last day. It’s a charming town within walking distance and worth exploring.Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area. We’d absolutely stay again!"
