While the property appeared a bit run down, the room itself was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It did seem like some people were living there, which felt a little unsettling, but for a one-night stay, it served its purpose.

It was not good. Dirty, bad beds, no smoke detector, mold in the shower, smelled like smoke and was a no smoking room-floor. Kids and dogs running around all night. Dogs barking. Looks like people are living in some of the rooms. This was a non refundable room so we stayed . We brought our own Lysol to spray everything down. The breakfast was pitiful. I have pictures to back up my review

Nice place to be
This is a Hotel whis many dogs and extra rooms for they, sometimes noise, breakfast I miss fruits,but it is a nice place to stay and visit sumpter Swap meet and Webster fleamarket,and there many Restaurant walking near.

I’ve visited this particular hotel 2. The first visit, the room was fairly clean. The front check in guy was rude on both occasions. The second visit, the room was filthy, microwave was broken, very noisy; and room smelt as if I was in an ashtray. I am not a smoker so I was not very pleased with the second hand smoke. I was also on a travel assignment so my clothes smelled like cigarettes. I won’t book with this hotel again.

Rooms on either side sounded like a puppy mill with the amount of dog barking fits throughout the night. Thin walls also made it so you could hear every movement of each neighbor.

The place is filthy ( I have pictures of mold in the bathroom, dirt and debris such as a drink lid and a dirty potato chip on the night table, the comforter was so skimpy-more like a sheet, and finally my husband killed a bug on the tv stand.
