The only issue is that the rooms are entirely too close together. Like most hotels they have adjoining room options. We had 2 doors one on eacj side of the room leading to other adjoining horel rooms. We could hear everything as if that door was just leading to a bedroom. The walls are so thin. Regular conversations could be heard word for word easily.

We loved the location and walk ability to restaurants and shops. We loved the pools! We did not appreciate the minimal towels and toilet paper but we did appreciate the in cottage laundry.

The stay at the resort was very pleasant, especially because we traveled with children and had a very spacious and comfortable village. We had the facilities to cook some meals, coffee supplies that were given to us for free at the resort, and have a washing machine and the supplies to use it. Our entire stay was pleasant and we had no problems to regret. We were very close to main roads through which we could access many attractions that we wanted to visit, in addition to having restaurants and supermarkets very close. Two things made it a little less pleasant: 1. The shower in the bathroom in 6053C kept leaking water, surely due to problems with some gasket, and that is why maintenance came twice to check why there was a water leak on the floor below. 2. The entrance through the gatehouse sometimes became very congested due to a lack of order and better planning. Although the resort has a gate for those of us who are already registered, the entrance for new visitors is also on the same lane and there is no way to give advance notice so that new visitors can enter through one lane and those already registered through the other. On the last day of our stay, a driver, surely uncomfortable with the wait, drove down Entry Point Blvd in the opposite lane, in order to get in front of us and almost hit us with her car since we were not expecting someone to exit from that lane while we were moving along Westgate Blvd. Overall, we were very happy and would return to the Resort.

I love the location and and how they are family oriented.
