"We arrived at the property to find it unclean. I rang Raine and Horne and the lady was dismissive and told me the cleaner had been but she would call. I didn’t hear back and no response to the emails I sent. The parking is only for small cars so we had to park on the street. It’s only three bedroom if you are travelling with other adults or teenage kids. The third bedroom is at the bottom of the property and two levels below the bathroom and other two bedrooms. Our children are little so...
