"Rain on a canvas roof beats tin any day. Due to weather swimming at this pretty beach was a miss but Pool was such a lovely substitute. Staff really helpful & efficient"

Dark, dank, dirty
"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

Amazing location
"A great place to have a short break. Right on the water, we swam off the deck and even caught a couple of little fish..the big ones are still out there.Everything you need is there. Even a great Thai restaurant right next door. We ordered takeaway and they delivered it over the fence. Perfect."

Relaxed friendly little village which has not been built out or spoiled by too many shops and tourism. Close to Mogo Zoo, close to Batemans Bay. Great beaches and a little inlet for splashing around for smaller (and bigger) kids. Will come back .
