we arrived exactly at 3 pm and the staff there said the room was not ready. and my husband asked how long we should wait and the staff immediately answered rudely. my husband asked politely and hoped to get an estimate of the waiting time. the staff did not want to check whether the room was ready or not, it seemed like she deliberately waiting for guests to wait, just like my uncle came at 4 pm and was still waiting even though the room was ready. my husband wanted to talk to the manager, and she said she was the manager of this hotel, after my husband went to the car and she said the manager was on vacation and she lie! it's just drama from the beginning. the bathroom soap was empty, the hair dryer didn't work, the AC leaked on the carpet. I forgot the staff name she was curvy black woman with short hair, i think start with P panera maybe.

Our room was very clean and everything looked nice and now. The only downside was that our AC would not get the room below about 74 degrees and the elevator was a bit sketchy.

the hotel looked nice,but the beds was too small for me and my wife. Neither one of us got a good nights sleep. The phone didnt work and the wall outlets was hanging out of the wall and no faceplate. I took a photo and showed the front desk person. Im glad the breakfast was free cause scrambled eggs was dry and hard and No cartons of milk. The put milk in a pitcher and had everyone share it.

LaQuinta is my home away from home. This hotel is clean with a friendly staff and quiet! The beds are very comfortable. Traveling single can be scary but I always feel safe and secure staying at this LaQuinta. Highly recommend to all travelers!
