I also had no luck connecting to the WiFi but that could’ve just been my phone messing up, we only stayed one night so it wasn’t a big deal. "Excellent service. They contacted me as soon as we got settled to make sure all was good with the room and if we needed anything...blankets, towels etc to let them know. When I needed something, they were very kind and speedy with request. Room was very clean and comfortable for most part. Beds were bit soft for me but not hotels fault. I specifically got the queen suite because of the jetted tub. When I got tub ready and started jetts... "Stuff" came out of jets. Very unpleasant. They did send...
