"A typical mid range seaside hotel. Like the curates egg, good in part. Trying to be objective but honest, so staff were nice, breakfast and dinner good and lovely sea views. On the other hand reception was a bit like a small guest house but it worked. Our room/suite was potentially a very nice room spoilt by a miniscule bathroom about 1.5m square and virtually impossible to get two people in there at once! "Lovely location, and very welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable - only issue is that the walls are rather thin, so a noisy neighbour next door or on the floor above can make for an uncomfortable night if you’re a light sleeper. "

"It’s actually 4.5/5. Lovely room, comfy bed, lots of hot water and a fantastic view. Very friendly to both humans and our dogs. Room very clean, downstairs floor less so, but so much mud being brought in….. The only negative is the cooked breakfast, eggs lovely, bacon and sausage less so. Most delicious chocolate croissants I’ve ever had though!"
