"Great little place. It is very close to University of Oregon, and is in a nice neighborhood. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 right across the street. The photos on VRBO don't do the place justice, it is much nicer in person. We look forward to coming back."

Also, although there were no pet hairs in the unit, there are pets downstairs. If you're super allergic, that could be a problem. There's a half-sized fridge, a toaster oven and an induction cooktop, but the kitchen sink is in the laundry room -- so not a great place if you plan to do a lot of cooking. "Clean, quiet, about an 8 minute walk to most of the restaurants in downtown. The apartment is very nicely decorated and had most of the things you need to make your stay enjoyable. It's on the industrial edge of downtown, but we had no issues walking around at any time of day. Really enjoyed the Scottish pub right up the road, as well as some of the restaurants downtown."

"We stayed at Gigi's lovely rental for a quick trip to Eugene to see our grandson. The location is great, close to grocery stores and other shops, and had all the necessary amenities.
