"This house really is great for all ages! Large enough to have some space when you need it and open enough for large groups to gather. The pool was of course a big hit for the kids along with the game room! The short walk to a very nice beach area was perfect (the wagon in the garage is useful!) The washer and dryer were handy for all the pool towels we used daily. Any issues we ran into were quickly resolved by the owner. We were able to watch the rocket launch from the balcony--wow! "The house was awesome for the 17 of us. Large enough living space to accommodate all connected to the kitchen. Owner was very prompt when messaged during our stay. Perfect pool for kids to enjoy a windy day away from the beach. Dryer struggled to dry but I believe the vent is clogged as we took the vent hose off and it worked perfectly. Bring extra towels if you have close to the max as there were exactly 27 towels. Overall a great experience! "

"We have stayed in several hotels here in Brownsville. All of them have had mold on their bathroom walls and the room smells dirty I think it’s their carpets. When we walked into this specific room we were specially surprised that the room didn’t have a dirty smell, and guess what there was no mold on the walls!!!
