"I liked the customer service at the front desk. On my trip I forgot my toothbrush and asked it the hotel had one I could buy. The attendant gave one at no cost. The only thing I thought that could be changed was the breakfast choices on the weekends. On both Saturday and Sunday the same hot items were served, biscuits and sausage gravy. Maybe an egg item could be used on one day or rotate items."

"It was great. Occasional spotty wifi. Televsion had reception issues where pictures broke up. The hot tub was hit or miss when it worked, but not fully functioning. Breakfast was great and something different each day. Could use new lounge chairs, some ripped and showed age. Otherwise enjoyed ourselves."

"It was a little sterile but clean and very welcomed. The girl who checked us in was amazing. I would stay again and the check in was also amazing with my elderly dog. I asked for a first floor and she made it work. I was extremely grateful. "

"Lovely place ."

"I really liked this little camper. I was by myself so it was perfect for me. The only part that gave me any problems was getting in and out of the shower and getting dressed. It is a small camper. Very very basic which is described in the property listing. Stanley was very nice and personable so I felt comfortable there. If you just need a place to sleep and getaway, this is a great hideaway. Be warned tho, it is very small"

"I could gush and gush and gush over what being able to get this house when all hotels were closed for the impending hurricane. The host was wonderful to my in-laws and even had her son wait two hours in line for gas so he could come fix their TV. The house itself was flawlessly decorated and the price was right. I know my mother-in-law will have a hard time going home. So if you’re looking for a great place with the perfect host, this is it. I’d give it six stars if I could and thank you so much...

"My husband and i came from VA to spend time near our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Port Charlotte. This home was great for our family gatherings. We spent a lot of time in the headed pool. The smaller children enjoyed the swings. The neighborhood was real peaceful and convenient to anything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely like to come back here."

"We enjoyed every bit of our trip and the stay at Ragers BnB. Steve and Christa are both great hosts. We didn’t think the pictures did this properly complete justice- it was definitely better in person. We’d stay again & when we’re back in that area this will be a great choice"

" Beautiful property. Exactly as described on website. Loved the wide, open spaces and see the cows graze in the fields. There were 5 of us who comfortably stayed there with plenty of space. Well stocked and thoughtful items of food/snacks/fresh eggs! We didn’t want to leave it was so peaceful and beautiful here. Nice little town. Everyone is very welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again. "After being hit by two hurricanes in two weeks, we were looking for quiet and solitude and found it here. Peace and quiet in a rural setting with plenty of privacy. Sitting on the screened porch was a delight, although a couple of more comfortable chairs or cushions would be nice! Homeowner was very gracious and helpful. Things I would add would be a hair dryer and perhaps a replacement sofa."

"I stayed with my sister, and sister in law with our kids. The house was great! We had a baby and toddler and we didn’t have to worry about anything being broken. House was cleaned very well. Garbage disposal didn’t work - but we didn’t care much on that since none of us own one 😂. Also, the pool light didn’t work at night, but that didn’t ruin the night swimming for kids and/or adults. The owner was amazing, answered all questions quickly and was extremely nice. I hope to go back on day."

Great stay with a friendly host

"Our stay here was great. We made a last minute booking about 5 days prior to arrival. The host answered questions both prior to booking and after booking. When we had questions the host was quick to answer them. House is beautiful and situated on a very private lot. The pool was excellent. All provided kitchenware and linens were great as well. Grill was nice and worked well for some hot dogs. Only drawback was the master bedroom is not a king as advertised but it is big enough. All in all I would recommend this home and would rent again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!"
