You're less than a 10 minute drive to get wherever you need to be in Brownwood.

The Space:
3 bedroom/2 bathroom open concept home has a fully equipped kitchen adorning a gas range with modern stove, apron front farm sink, dishwasher, and large island with ample space to prepare meals. Open to the kitchen is the living room and large cozy sectional with enough room for the whole family to cuddle up for a movie night. The sectional can also be positioned to comfortably sleep 2 additional guests.
The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and huge private ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub and walk in shower.
The secondary bedroom is located closest to the guest bathroom and comes furnished with queen sized bed.
The third bedroom has 2 XL-Twin beds along with a desk and chair - perfect for kids.
Each bedroom comes with a smart TV with free access to Netflix!
The home also comes with laundry center, Wi-Fi, and laptop friendly workspace.
Outside you will find a fenced back yard with patio seating, grill, hammock, and cornhole boards!

Guest Access:
Entire home, and private backyard.

Getting Around:
Carport & driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles, with additional space for 2 vehicles to park on-street in front of residence. Please do not park in front of neighbor homes.

Other Things to Note:
Early Check Ins & Late Check Outs available upon request and subject to availability for the below assessed fee:
Early Check-Ins : 2 hours (1pm) = $50 or 10am for $100
Check-Outs: $20/hour after 11am, up to 3 hrs (2pm) OR 5pm for $100

*There is a locked building in the backyard that will be a future game room. There is no guest access to the building at this time.

Interaction with Guests:
My property manager, Courtney, will be available should any needs arise.
