The location of this property was fantastic as it was on a quiet street just off the main. As far as cleanliness, our room was clean, but our bathroom was not in due to a large clog of hair in the shower. I flooded the bathroom floor. Not exactly the way I wanted to start off the first hour of our visit. Our room itself had a very undesirable location. We weren’t even inside the hotel proper. And I was told that was because I did not book it directly with the hotel. The people who work there were very nice I just feel that I Wasn’t given adequate information about the room that we were Reserving. Expedia needs to do a better job of that explanation I never felt unsafe But I also never really felt like we were part of the hotel. I thought the lounge was very nice, Quiet and relaxing. After the bathroom flooding incident, no Adjustments were made To our bill.

This property was so lovely. The decor was beautiful and the room was so big. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. We were well taken care of the entire time we were there. Getting to the hotel was a struggle. It took us awhile to navigate around streets where cars were welcome. Also the parking is away from hotel. Not too far, but bring your luggage to hotel first if possible.

We just stayed at Hotel de Orangerie in July 2024. The hotel was in a great location right on a canal. Even though the area was busy the hotel was calm and quiet. The best part of the hotel is the amazing staff. They were all so nice and helpful with ideas or directions. The breakfast was also great. Would stay here again.
