Really lovely staff and property, would definitely recommend. €20 to use the sauna throught the stay and the city centre is a short walk away. Great location very peaceful.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Very friendly staff. Only issue was a plumbing fault with the bath taps, which made a continuous noise through the night. So had to change rooms.

Excellent spot. Spacious and well appointed rooms across the street from the 5 star sister hotel. Breakfast and bar over at the Duke’s Palace. Perfect for a cosy quiet weekend/couple of days in Bruges.

Dukes' Palace Residence is a satellite of the main Dukes' Palace hotel located just a couple of minutes walk away, Reception is in the main hotel. Rooms in the Residence, which are arranged around a pleasant courtyard, are comfortable and well equipped with spa bath, fridge and espresso machine. The latter can also be used to boil water for tea (Brits please note!). Breakfast taken in the main hotel was excellent though we preferred the side room to the main breakfast room. Overall a lovely hotel, less than 10 minutes walk from the main square, where we would happily stay again.

During our recent stay at Hotel Dukes' Palace Residence, we were pleased with several aspects of our experience. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenience of having both a separate shower and a whirlpool tub, which added a nice touch of luxury to our stay. However, despite these positive features, we encountered a significant issue that affected our overall experience: there was an unpleasant odor in our room that persisted throughout our stay. Despite our efforts to air out the space and our hopes that it would dissipate, it unfortunately remained a concern. While we enjoyed many aspects of our visit, the lingering odor was a disappointing drawback. We hope that the hotel management addresses this issue for future guests, as it detracted from what could have been an outstanding stay.

The Duke’s Palace residence is around the corner from the Duke’s Palace Hotel. The Hotel is high end and lovely and where breakfast is served. The Residence is quiet and nice and affiliated with the hotel, but it is also less plush. We were very happy with the Residence.
