We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. We each had our own comfortable rooms while having ample space for meals and socializing. Host was gracious and quick to respond with any questions. We also were given Klaus cards which allowed us free/ discounted access to local attractions and transport. The property was clean and tidy and had everything you might need. "We flew to Innsbruck then took hire car (prepaid from Sixst) down to Bruneck - a short journey, though very dependent on traffic. The flat itself is very clean modern and comfortable and well equipped. And Andreas and his wife are very polite and obliging. We confirm that her strudel is delicious! There are a variety of good walks as well as skiing for all abilities in the area. We would definitely recommend it!"
