This beautiful custom-built 4 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom oceanfront home is one of our many St. Simons Island rentals with a private pool and has direct views of the Atlantic Ocean, Jekyll Island, and the St. Simons Pier that will take your breath away. Guests of this oceanfront retreat only have a short five-minute walk to the St. Simons Pier Village Area which is home to the best shopping and restaurants on St. Simons Island. Beach access down Strachan Lane is 200' from the front door of the home.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The main living area on the second floor features an open floor plan from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room which all have access to the expansive porch with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Chef's kitchen has everything for guests to prepare any meal that they desire during their stay. Between the Butler's Pantry and Kitchen, guests will enjoy an oversized gas range, oven, wine refrigerator, beverage refrigerator, ice maker, two dishwashers, and a full-size refrigerator. The first of two built-in gas grills is located just off of the kitchen on the main living porch.
The Dining Room has seating for up to 8 and the bar will seat an additional two guests. The Living Room is the perfect place for guests to relax on the large sectional leather sofa while taking in the views of the Atlantic Ocean or watching the game on the 55" HD Smart TV.
On the Ground Floor, guests will exit to the backyard through a large porch with plenty of seating overlooking the pool and waves crashing on the beach below. The perfectly sized saltwater pool also has a hot tub/spa for guests to enjoy. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee of $45 / night. Lounge chairs by the pool and on the large sun deck by the waterfront are a great place to escape and unwind while watching the large ships pass by through the St. Simons Sound. A second built-in gas grill is located next to the pool area. With lush, tropical landscaping in the backyard, guests will be treated to a private escape while taking in all the views.
As guests ascend to the third floor where all three bedrooms and full bathrooms are located, tropical murals surround you on the stairway walls of this unique home and make you feel like you have escaped to the Florida Keys. The oversized Primary Bedroom / Suite has a king-size bed with views of the Atlantic Ocean through the sliding doors. The Primary Bathroom will blow you away with a custom shower system and double vanity.
Guest Bedroom #1 also features a king-size bed and an en suite full bathroom with a shower. Guest Bedroom #2 has two twin beds as well as a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower with a jetted tub. A full-service elevator is available for use between all three levels of this home.
