We couldn’t figure out how to get out and see the back garden, and the bed was very hard. But the room was beautiful and it was an easy walk to the train station. "

"Small cosy room, lovely shower however, you could hear everyone else in their rooms, the stairs are black and the automatic lights did not come one straight away which meant you could not see your footing which is dangerous. Advertised on Google as bed and breakfast but only kettle available, teabags, coffee and biscuits available but no milk. No staff in the property apart from cleaners at certain times. "Erick (and his fluffy cats) welcomed us to his lovely home for our Christmas market break. He was an incredibly friendly host, sharing plenty of recommendations for things to do in the local area. His breakfasts are entirely homemade, with bread, yoghurt, and jams that he bakes/prepares himself. He even presses his own orange juice. "Quite a delightful find close to many restaurants, friendly night life and the main squares. Very clean with upstairs quarters offering a coffee pod machine and kettle with their necessaries. "The hotel and rooms were great. This was built in 1764, so it has been remodeled a number of times. It really has a nice comfortable feel to it and the breakfast was great in the morning. It is also within walking distance to the major sites in the center of Brussels, but that is the challenging part as well. The neighborhood is known for car break ins.
