This magnificent and newly refurbished apartment in a charming townhouse, overlooking Elisabeth Parc.
We guarantee a comfortable stay with a quality service including bed linen, towels, cleaning, free coffee and tea.

Parc Brussels Apartment is located in the North of Brussels. Bus stop in front of the house. Metro Simonis is a 3 minutes’ walk, taking you in a few minutes to EU, WTC, Center of the city, Brussels Expo and the main railway stations (North, Central, Midi)
In a few minutes you are downtown Brussels, WTC, EU, Avenue Louise, Brussels expo or any main railway station. Parking is free.

The stylish and warm rooms offer stunning high ceilings, parquet wood floors and high quality fixtures and fittings, in conjunction with comfortable contemporary furniture and modern technology. The dining room offers space for entertaining and a cosy office in the corner.

The bespoke open kitchen is both contemporary and practical, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and an espresso.

The marble floored bathroom features a waterfall shower, a washbasin and a separate toilet. Fresh towels, washing machine, ironing board and iron are available.

* King size bed & very comfortable sofa bed & fold out bed.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and offers extensive storage space. The curtains and stores help you to have a good night’s sleep. It opens to a large outside terrace and garden where you can relax. One of the two living rooms has a very comfortable sofa bed from DN Dienne. We can add a fold out bed and a baby bed.

Wonderful place!

Beautiful Apartment in a great location
We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was cozy and conveniently located. Jolanda was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She even gave us a binder full of recommendations of places to eat and drink while we were there. If we’re ever lucky enough to come back, we will try to reserve the same apartment!

Parc Elizabeth Area Brussels Apartment
Very nicely appointed apartment conveniently located in Brussels near transportation hubs, restaurants and grocery stores within easy distance by walking or car. Parking is a bit different but with a little experience it’s easy to navigate. The Park is just across the street and is a very relaxing walk through and ends at the Basilica. The neighborhood is quiet and our host Jolanda was a real pleasure to meet and interact with. If we go back to Brussels, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous family holiday in Brussels . The apartment is stylish , clean and very spacious . Jolanda was nothing but helpful from booking to when we left . I have no hesitation in recommending this holiday rental and would love to return one day soon :)

Wonderful Home Base in Brussels
The place was in a beautiful little neighborhood minutes from public transport and across from a lovely park - which made for great views from the home. Communication with the host before and during our trip was great and check in was a breeze. We loved the kitchen and were able to make several meals during our stay. It great that the metro was so close and we were easily able to head into town and get around to all the sights while also having a quiet place to retreat! Thanks Jolanda!!

Quiet Neighborhood and a lovely host
Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The "how to" book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly.

Magnificent Property
Jolanda was an amazing host, keeping in contact with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything went well. The apartment is situated in a residential area next to a park and a 5-minute walk to the metro station. A nearby supermarket provides all the staples you'll need for your trip, though you'll probably only be home for breakfast if you're exploring the city. My only complaint is that we didn't want to leave the apartment to visit the city! We'll definitely return. Great place, great location and a great host. Amazing!

Stay here and enjoy!
Great place and great location. Just across the street is a wonderful park, and just around the corner is the metro system that will take you anywhere in the city. The place is huge! Living room, dining room, kitchen, back room, all in a long row, then separate master bedroom and bath. Even outdoor granite table and teak chairs in the garden to relax for breakfast. Nice washing machine let us pack less clothes and clean here. Perfect base of operations. Grocery stores close by and a full kitchen, you're set to eat in. Or out, around the corner at Chez Soje. Simon and Jolanda are very helpful. They gave us laundry soap to do our laundry in the washer located in the apartment. Brussels is a great city to visit. A truly international city, lots of good museums to visit. Don't miss the Comic Strip Museum; we spent more time there than at the Musical Instruments Museum. YMMV. Both were great. Thanks for the awesome stay and we would gladly go back.

Lovely apartment, great location and host.
Very clean, fresh and comfortable apartment with everything we needed and so close to the metro and bus/tram stops. We particularly enjoyed looking out on the lovely park and walking across it to a fabulous bakery, butchery, French restaurant, cafes and local shops. Great apartment with fantastic hosts
We stayed in the apartment for a month and loved it and the neighborhood, which was convenient to everything but not touristy. The hosts, who live just upstairs, could not be more helpful. We even invited them to "our place" for wine and a chat. The photos are accurate and the space is even bigger than it looks.

Très bel appartement bien situé
Nous avons séjourné une semaine à trois (parents avec jeune ado) dans ce très bel appartement au RDC d'une belle maison de maître. C'est un très vaste appartement agréablement décoré et aménagé, très propre. Il n'y a en effet qu'une seule "vraie" chambre mais il y a bien trois espaces couchage. La cuisine est bien équipée. La cour est très mignonne et totalement réservée à l'appartement. Les propriétaires habitent les étages supérieurs. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Yolanda qui est vraiment très sympathique et arrangeante. Nous avons aperçu son mari qui est également très gentil. Yolanda nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du stationnement à Bruxelles et conseillé sur les restaurants et coins à voir. Nous avons apprécié d'être proche d'un grand parc et de pouvoir faire pas mal de choses à pied. L'arrêt de bus est à quelques mètres dans la rue et le métro est à moins de cinq minutes à pied. En moins de vingt minutes, on accède au centre de Bruxelles (3 arrêts de métro). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le départ s'est aussi bien passé que l'arrivée. Nous remercions Yolanda pour son accueil.

schöne Lage am Park
Durch einen außerordentlichen Umstand haben die Vermieter uns ihre eigene, viel größere Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, welche sich über dem eigentlichen Mietobjekt befindet und worauf sich die Bewertung bezieht. Es war alles, was man braucht vorhanden und wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Nochmals vielen Dank an Jolanda. Wir konnten unser Auto auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz abstellen, der ca 5-10 Min zu Fuß entfernt war. Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut zu erreichen.
