A hip hotel where you check in at a bar. The rooms were spacious and I like that you can control the room temperature. Location is fantastic and safe, and walkable to many great food options. The gym was also nice and had enough variety for me to get a good workout.

The bar lounge was very cool and the breakfast buffet was good also. However, the carpet/moquette throughout the hotel was disgusting, old and dirty. They should invest in wood flooring.

The hotel had lots of cafes and supermarket near it which was great and a 30min walk or tram journey into the centre. The staff were friendly. However, the room was a bit dirty upon arrival and the shower was very cold and there were no spare duvets to use which was annoying and meant for a cold night which was disappointing for the price to pay for our stay.

The Pentahotel was really nice, modern and had great facilities. The hotel is on the road and if you have a room that overlooks the road it can be quite noisy with trams, cars and people leaving the bar in the early hours but overall it was a good stay.

In all we had a great stay. The only negative was the limited dining options and slow service. The location is perfect as the transport links are great and it’s also in walking distance to a number of areas. Whilst it wasn’t a problem for us, 4 coat hangers really aren’t enough for 2 people. We would certainly stay again if we return to Brussels.

Wonderful staff. Lack of hot water utter sadness.
Originally we were given a room immediately outside the elevators. We requested a change since we are both light sleepers and were giving a room on a higher floor and as far from the elevators as possible. The room also had a king bed and was much bigger. Wild that the same room types are so varied. Check-in or anything at the reception/bar was soooo slow. But the staff were above and beyond nice and helpful. The hot water was not working the second night - absolute disappointment while sick and freezing. TERRIBLE. Disappointment for such a nice hotel to be a let down in this way. The restaurant and bar were a great spot to hang out. The food was inedible though. The Korean chicken bites were rubbery and pink inside - did not eat. Drinks were great and well priced.

When I booked this hotel I accidentally entered the wrong date for my stay. As soon as the confirmation came through I noticed the mistake and attempted to get it moved to the new date. They point blank refused and I lost the money for my booking of two rooms.

The hotel provided a smooth and efficient check-in experience, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, there was significant traffic noise, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Although the booking mentioned free bottled water, there was none provided in the room. You get to get it from the drinking water tap in the lobby. Additionally, I was quite disappointed with the staff's behavior. When we checked-in the carpet was wet and when we informed the receptionist, I was told that there is no room service to take care of the same. The booking mentioned that toothbrushes and toothpaste were available (upon request) and bathroom slippers, but when I inquired about it, the receptionist not only refused but did so in an unprofessional, rude and dismissive manner. This was not the level of service I expected. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience.

Wide selection of food at breakfast. Decoration nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing to consider is the noise from the street that can keep you awake at night. It’s Eco-friendly so you won’t get housekeeping during your stay.
