We had an amazing time at Thon hotel. The room was modern and super clean. The front desk team was so professional and knowledgeable especially Cristina and Christa. The hotel is well located, just a few steps away from public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean rooms and very helpful staff; it's also right next to a metro station, which is very convenient. There's an area near reception where you can refill water bottles for free and buy snacks (very useful if you're feeling peckish late at night). Breakfast buffet is excellent, albeit pricey (but you can get vouchers for 5 Euros that you can use towards the price each time you choose not to have your room serviced).

This property was big and caters to conventions and business people. Basically the staff was annoyed whenever we asked a question, and i asked if i could just buy toast since i had an upset stomach and the manager said i could only have it if i paid $25 euro for the full brunch buffet!

My new favorite hotel in Brussels.
I loved my stay at Thon Hotel, it’ll now be my go to when visiting Brussels ! The staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded me free of charge to a business room which was very nice. Everyday they were handing out goodies at reception, chocolate, tea, apple, fruit juices. I also love that they give you the option to skip room service and get. $5 coupon each time as reward which you can use to buy snacks or deduct from your bill or give to a charity you can chose. I gave to Red Cross and and an organization protection birds. Very nice touch

Rosalie at reception was great and she gave us a lot of top tips about the city, which helped us a lot to explore (Ask her about the best Chip shop of the city at a 10 minute walk from the hotel.) The initial room we were given smellt of plastic but we could change for another room easily. The breakfast was far too expensive for what we got (it’s 38 euros per breakfast during the week). I was wondering how many buckets of fresh orange juice you would need to drink at the hotel restaurant to justify this price. They could maybe offer a smaller formula at a reduced cost? Like one pain au chocolat, a small fruit juice and a hot drink for a smaller fee? By curiosity, we did try the breakfast formula and it was fairly standard (it was 25 euros per person at the weekend) My husband found the bed a bit too hard but it was not a problem for me.
