The check-in and chekout is so easy, the facilities are really nice, simple but modern. The place is well connected with public transportation (5 min Metro and 2 min tram) and a lot of options of restaurants and stores. Also the real palace is close walking (20 min). The Warwick is a well appointed and comfortable hotel. We went up to the top bar but found the back ground music so loud we couldn't hear others speak, and requests to turn it down had no effect
