The staff was super friendly from the front desk to the kitchen and room staff to the maid service. The facilities were very clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal, etc. The cost was reasonable and totally worth it! I will be staying here again.

Unfortunately, immediately upon entering the room, we found a live bed bug. They offered a second room where we found signs of bed bugs, so they offered a third room. It was questionable, so I just couldn't chance it. The staff was very nice and really tried to help us, but we just couldn't stay there.

The air conditioner did not work ok because when I select hot air it still cold air coming out of it. The toilet was broken, so it was totally loose and it moves from side to side and back and forth. Noise, no tv channels, no bottled water in the room. I wouldn’t come back.
