"Staff were exceptional throughout but particularly at Reception. A credit to the hotel and to Sweden. It's a nice hotel in good location and the breakfast is a superb. The common areas are really nice and relaxing. The downside is that the pool is part of the Spa and can not be used by "ordinary" guests. If you don't want the full Spa treatment you can't take a dip. The Classic Double that I stayed in had a large window into a closed courtyard facing other rooms with similarly large windows....

"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite.
