Guests can enjoy underfloor heating or fire at the fireplace during the cold period. The house has a hi-fi Yamaha Aventage system with Wharfedale 7.1 sound speakers, 4k3D TV set with internet and cable system which will enjoy your music and video experience. Kitchen with quartz countertop, refrigerator, dishwasher machine, oven, gas cooker, coffee maker, toaster, plates and tableware. The main bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer as well as an iron and hairdryer. Both bedrooms has premium mattress, satin bedding and additional blankets. One bedroom with large balcony ( with garden view) for smoking area. The high value of the house is given by noble wood flooring, Persian carpets or amber chandeliers. The apartment has access to a nice flower garden, coal barbecue and outdoor terrace for the warm season. Location pleasant and quiet, near the forest, with fresh air in the morning

The area of the house is rustic and quiet. The forest is near, the air is very clean in the evening and in the morning. Song birds are heard in dusk and dawn
